NEW in MIXO v1.83 - Export directly from MIXO to Djay Pro.
This is a BETA feature! MIXO will backup your library, but please also create a separate backup yourself.
1. Simply go to Export -> Djay Pro Direct.
2. Select your playlists and export.
All tracks and playlists will be exported, including cue points and metadata.
* Beatgrids have limited compatibility in djay Pro.
2. Start djay.
Once djay starts it will begin scanning the new data and populating your content. This may take a few seconds, depending on the size of your library.
3. Did everything go smoothly?
If an errors occurs, please inform MIXO Support ASAP so we can investigate.
In the meantime you can restore from a backup in two ways:
- Find a MIXO backup your djay Pro library prior to exporting in ~/Music/MIXO/Backups.
- Find the latest backup. On mac you can just open the backup folder, then move 'djay Media Library.djayMediaLibrary' straight into '~/Music/djay' to replace the current database. On Windows you'll need to remove the date from the file name first, so it's just 'MediaLibrary.db'.
