Unable to play tracks on phone

Hi there. I'm unable to play some of the synced tracks on the phone. It seems to skip some when clicking on them. I've tried clearing the cache and re-loading, but the issue persists.

I'm sorry to hear that, but thanks for the video!
Can you give me a bit more information about the issue?
I would also recommend after doing that, going to SETTINGS > DEBUG > RESET LOCAL, this will sign you out and delete the local database on your phone. After you sign back in it will reconnect with your Google Drive and hopefully the issue should be solved.
Do not hit RESET MIXO as this will remove all of your tracks and you will have to import again. We will only do this if there is a deeper issue happening.

Hi There.
iPhone 12 - iOS 15.4.1 - Mixo v0.47.0
After resetting local, the 'OK' dialog button was presented, but was not clickable. After about 10 seconds the App closed. Re-opened the App, logged out and back in again, Mixo sync'd. Navigated to the playlist and hit the 'download' icon.
After downloading, the issue persists :( Would this be a file issue (bitrate/encoding/format/etc). Or are you telling me my taste in music for a set is unplayable? :P lol.

This has to be file related. I noticed that Mixo would try and play the track, then skip to the one it could. This is evident when using control widgets - please see attached. Mixo flashes up the next track, but then continues to one it can play.

Please make sure to press the download button on each playlist you tried to download from, wait for the downloaded tracks to be removed and then press the button again to make sure all of your tracks are downloaded.

Hello and welcome to a very old thread ;)
In your screenshot you have black dots next to all of your tracks, which indicates MIXO did not successfully upload those tracks.
On desktop, you should also see a green dot next to each track that was successfully uploaded.
To manually upload tracks, select the tracks using the checkboxes on desktop, right-click and select "Upload Tracks". This will upload the tracks to your cloud storage and sync any changes.

Super grateful for the quick response. I have manually triggered the “tracks upload” and as expected, given the size of my music library, it needs 64 hours ro complete upload!
And that’s where my second question comes: I do typically use Serato and i make adjustments to the playlists all the time. So from time to time I will have to import the full library to Mixo, then export it to record box so that I can have everything on my USB when I sync it.
With that said, i can’t imagina every-time I have to import my full library from Serato to Mixo, i have to wait a day for all the tracks to Analysize waveform and artwork etc. Then wait another 2 days for the Upload tracks to complete in order to see everything on my phone.
So my question: is there a simple way to do this repeatedly? Or tracks get analyzed and uploaded once that even if I deleted everything on Mixo for a new fresh Upload (from serato) all the analysis is already saved and the upload will not be lost given that I did it the first time in full?

When you re-import from Serato, MIXO checks the last updated time for each file on your file system and compares it with the last updated time in MIXO, then only re-analyses tracks that are new or changed.
Existing playlists are automatically updated when you reimport crates to reflect the tracks in the crate.
So it should be a seamless and fast process thereafter!
Regarding upload - since your library is clearly pretty huge, I recommend cancelling the upload and only select and upload the tracks from a few playlists at a time. You probably don't want or need to listen to everything on your mobile!
