Sounds dramatic - but I cannot get the Windows app to work - it is stuck on Loading Mixo … this is after the fix (I re-downloaded the app), as previously it didn't do anything.

I have tried my email address and password in the support login and it fails. I reset my password and still it doesn't work.

I have downloaded the mobile app, but it needs the Windows app to sync.


Bit stuck really - any help would be appreciated

We recently updated to 0.9.0, this issue should now be fixed. Could you please update the app and let us know if you are still unable to get in.

Thank you so much for quickly testing this for us.

We've got 6 windows machines and none are replicating what you're seeing.

Could I ask you to try uninstalling MIXO once more but also clearing out/deleting your old MIXO folders as per Windows point 3 here:

Then downloading the latest version again via our beta page.

This will give your computer and MIXO a fresh start.

It's exactly like it was before for me - I got progress to the Login screen, but I type in my credentials, hit login and it doesn't do anything. I have hit reload and now I've just got a blank screen.

Could you send us a screenshot of the blank screen?

We put in markers for the loading screen (past the login screen) so we could see at what point it freezes for you.

When I first open the app, I get the screen with Loading Mixo ... in the bottom corner … which doesn't go anywhere. I hit reload and get the pure blank screen.

I cannot get the login screen at all now - following the first time I loaded the app and the screenshot I sent above.

Hi Dave,


Same problem happened to me. Stuck at loading.

I have reinstalled it as per your instruction above (followed the link on how to do it on windows) but still stuck at loading after the 2nd installations.

Attached is the screenshot.


Windows 10 1909 on Lenovo thinkpad T520i Intel i3 2.40 Ghz with 8Gb Ram.

already install .but when i choose track and play the first track and choose second track to play.. the first one it wont stop

````IS MIXO JUST FOR library ? it would be nice it can edit track instantly.So mixo can be use or must have app for all dj . so they can leave all they worry behind, when they on stage thanks

Hi guys!

Great! It works now, but I'm stuck in importing tracks now.

I tried with dragging the folder first then block each files using the import tracks option but still stuck.

It is 121 songs without cuepoints yet. Attached is the screenshot.

my.mixits you will be able to edit your track metadata and cue points in the app and then export those edits to your DJ software.


We are looking into an issue with more than one track playing at the same time:

lexlucas84 Can you try refreshing the app by going to View > Clear cache and seeing if importing works after that?

Hi Miles,

Yes, I'm on version 0.9.0 and I did reset and clear cache.

I tried again and it is not a problem importing only 1 song but when I added 120 more songs the waiting is too long (it look like it stuck).

And another thing that I noticed is the bpm and key information is missing (see attached screenshots)

I have also enabled logs and check for updates on the general setting.

BPM and Key will only show for imports from DJ software or if edited in Serato.

We are looking into a bug with Serato cue points not importing at the moment:

Ah, I see...

So MIXO cannot detect the BPM & Key by itself?

This is that bridge function between dj softwares shown on your website, so kinda like converter from program A to program B, C, D and so on.

It would be very nice for me to start only with MIXO then I can go anywhere I want (any dj softwares), I thought that was the idea.

I think I have misunderstood it sorry.

I have raised analysing BPM and Key of imported tracks as an idea, if this is something that many users want then we would be happy to look into adding it!
