Sounds dramatic - but I cannot get the Windows app to work - it is stuck on Loading Mixo … this is after the fix (I re-downloaded the app), as previously it didn't do anything.
I have tried my email address and password in the support login and it fails. I reset my password and still it doesn't work.
I have downloaded the mobile app, but it needs the Windows app to sync.
Bit stuck really - any help would be appreciated
