mixo doesn't working on my portable computer

Hello;

after installing mixo on my laptop, when it opens, it remains blocked on the "loading MIXO ..." screen and nothing happens.

I installed the software on my desktop pc and it works (as well as the mobile application).

but despite a reinstallation, the bp persists on my laptop
