So, I have trouble with my cloud storage, I linked it to one of my Drive Accounts. And it sends the confirmation of succes but when I check my settings, it seems that it didn´t work.

I can see from our end, that you are connected to Google Drive, could you try restarting the app, and possibly your computer too and see if it updates?

When you go into your Google Drive, is there a folder for MIXO with your tracks in? This should have been created automatically.

I have no folder named Mixo on my Drive :(

Did restarting the app/your computer not help?

If not then I would recommend a fresh reinstall and then try to sync again as per the Getting Started guide.

No, it didn´t worked, also I deleted the permission on my Google Drive account and try it again at also it didn´t worked.


I uninstalled the program from my PC and tried it again but with my personal account not a entersprise/working account and also it didn´t worked.

Ok, in the app, can you go to Settings > General > Enable Logs and then try syncing again and also import some music or playlists as well.

Then send us the files located in Music > Mixo > Logs. This should help us identify the issue.

Hey

Can you try the following:

1. Uninstall MIXO

https://support.mixo.dj/guide/how-do-i-uninstall-mixo

2. Remove MIXO from your Google Drive

https://support.mixo.dj/guide/remove-mixo-from-your-google-drive-apps

3. Download and install the latest version from https://beta.mixo.dj

4. Connect your cloud storage. Make sure you click open in MIXO in the browser popup after the connected message.

5. In MIXO go to View > Clear Cache


6. Restart the app

I had the same problem and just cleared the cache on the desktop app, everything seems to be uploading and syncing.
