Thanks for sending these through, I can see that All Tracks has 1 track in it, so despite it saying 'failed' - is this track the same one and does it play?
Sorry to keep asking you to test, but I've not been able to replicate this!
Make sure to reset MIXO and clear the cache this is under Settings > Debug

Could you answer the following:
- Is it importing any of the tracks? If so, are the missing tracks in the same local folder?
- Did you export your collection with the tracks or without?
Also, could you try importing the missing tracks just as files and see if they import.
