All track in serato crate not imported

Hi,
It's been 2 hours I try to put my serato crates into MIXO but I always have the truble message "file too large, corrupted of miss"
When I try to put in single way it works but I have all my cue point.
Do you have a proposal to repair this problem ?

Does MIXO import anything at all from the crate, or does it immediately give the error?
To help us, could you follow this guide to turn on logs and then try reimporting the crate, make sure Serato is closed when doing this.

Then go to: Music > MIXO > Logs - and send us the files there.

Were no tracks importing at all or only some?
Looking at the log some of the tracks were missing in the import.
We've updated the failed import messages to be clearer in the latest verison:

I install the latest update but still the same problem.

What was the error message that you got when you imported in the latest version?
