Phone app displays "No Title" - Not working

I have 147K songs, all uploaded and synced in Mixo from a Serato DB. Using Google Drive, I confirmed all 147K songs have been uploaded to Google Drive via a Google Colab script checking the backend MIXO folder. Issue is my iPhone Mixo app just wont work. The phone app just says "No Title - No Artist" across any playlist. I tried syncing everything and selective sync - logging out - reseting local DB - over 20 times of restarting trying different workflows with no luck. I am about to throw in the towel and cancel all my subscriptions (Mixo & Google Drive 5TB). Any other options I can try to fix this difficult troubleshoot?

Hi there,

Yeah that's an insanely large library which any phone will understandably struggle with.

Please try this:

1. Turn on Selective Sync.
2. Settings/Debug -> Reset Local (make sure you choose LOCAL otherwise you'll reset everything).
3. Login and select a few playlists you want to sync.

This should work, unless the playlists you select have a ridiculous number of tracks!

Thank you for the recommended steps. I did try this a few times with no luck. However, recently after making this post, I tried the below all appears to be working now (not using selective sync). Appears just being persistent worked out. I will try to check back into this post after a week to give a status update.


1. On the phone -> Debug -> Clear Cache. THEN Reset Local.

2. Uninstalled the MIXO phone app.

3. Reinstalled the MIXO phone app.

4. On the Phone -> LOGGED IN -> THEN connected to my CLOUD service (Google).


All my 147,996 Tracks are visible now. All playlists are visible and playback on the phone is working. Also want to add, I have 50% of my library are mp4 video files. There is a three to four second lag on those files before they start playing (around 50 to 80MB size files). This is beyond reasonable and impressive.

Wow that’s incredible. I’m glad you got it working but I have no idea why it wasn’t working before!
