The newest update on android doesnt allow to login to my dropbox

Hi there,

Please login on desktop, then check your mobile. You might need to logout and login or try "Force Sync Check" (Settings/Cloud) on mobile to reconnect.

I can login on the computer, but I cant login on andoid, I cleared the cache, also restarted the phoned still nothin

If you've connected Dropbox on your computer there should be no need to connect on mobile. After login to MIXO it will show connected.


If you're actually talking about login to MIXO that's something totally different.


We've tested in mobile data and WiFi and whilst a little slow, it logs in. We also tested login to cloud storage from mobile and that works as well! Both seem a little slower than usual so perhaps a busy day on the server. All seems ok though.
