Empy playlist
Answered
Hello,
I just made an account to find out how easy Mixo could be.
Hope you can help me.
I just imported a playlist from iTunes like you showed in the Youtube tutorial.
In the beginning you can see that there are songs in the playlist.
But after Import the playlist in Mixo is empty.
Can you tell me how we can fix this?
The file i used is in the attachment
Thanks for helping
Greetings Pim

Bibliotheek.xml
Hi Pim,
Please try exporting your whole library as XML from iTunes, then select that in MIXO. On the import page you can just select a single playlist to import.
Does it work that way?

Are the files .m4p? If so they are protected and cannot be played outside of iTunes.
Otherwise, perhaps it's only the folder where they are located that's protected. In this case you could move them to your music folder, for example, then relocate the tracks in MIXO, then export again.
Let me know what you find.

Hello Remko,
They are indead .mp4 files.
What could be the solution now?

I think the only solution is to convert them, if even possible.
You might have to do some 'googling'!
