I just got Mixo downloaded everything did exactly the install guide says, I tried to login and it kept saying retry login, did that multiple times and still can't sign in!

I even tried resetting my password multiple times uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times still no login fix, I also tried deleting the mixo data and done the install again and still get the issue.

I purchased mixo hoping to transfer my data from rekord box to serato and i can't even log in on top of that I purchased gold and im getting issues. I havn't used it once because I can't even log in what is going on?

To anyone also facing a login issue on desktop, please check your system clock is correct. If it's more than a few minutes out the authentication will fail.

Hi there,

Please try logout here first:
https://www.mixo.dj/login-success

Then login here:
https://www.mixo.dj/login

Then go to the app and click Login. What should happen is the browser opens, then immediately redirects you back to the app and you'll be logged in.

If it does not redirect automatically, use the 'Copy Auth Code' button on the Login Success page, then paste that into the 'Login With Code' option in the app.

If it still doesn't work, clear your cookies and cache, or login with a different browser and use the auth code approach.

Everytime I use the Auth Code it says "Sorry, The Code You Entered is not valid. Please try again." I've tried this already and still nothing.


I've also used multiple browsers already to do this exact guide to see if it worked. I've cleaned all my cookies and site data. Still nothing

I've also tried to login to the gold login page it keeps getting stuck on refreshing and stays stuck.
I've never had a problem before on any program i've used. I have a huge set tonight and have to get my rekordbox data transferred over to Serato. Please help!

Hi Ed, can you login on another device, for example on mobile using data?

~These issues are nearly always DNS related. The login authentication requires a network request that sometimes gets blocked by the local router, which is why login on mobile should work fine.

Adjusting your firewall on your computer/router should fix it. I don't know why this happens, since the authentication method is Microsoft's own!

i allowed mixo on windows firewall and run as admin but i can't login

Have you tried another browser, device and checked your router firewall?

What about mobile login using data connection?

Also, are you able to login via the browser, but after redirecting back to MIXO it fails to authenticate? Is that the case?

I also have problems staring at Mixo when I'm logged into the web

Yes i am able to login through the browser. When it tries to return to the app nothing happens, the app come in the foreground but stay stuck. From the phone i am able to login both with 4G and my WiFi, so i think it is not a router problemi.

It's the same for me! And I have had my network technician open everything that is required in firewalls etc. The problem lies with someone else

Hmm this is really strange! It's Microsoft authentication. I'll create a test version with logging and send this to you, so we can try to figure out what's getting blocked and why.
