Tracks not Downloading on iOS

I just started my subscription yesterday and am having issues with tracks not downloading on iOS.

When I click download nothing happens and i can't see the progress on the status of the downloads.

I was able to successfully analyze my tracks on my MacBook Pro for Serato and once the analysis was complete, I was able to see the playlists on my phone. Unfortunately, after clicking download, nothing happened.

Thoughts or suggestions?

Hi Brian,

If your tracks have black dots it means they were not uploaded.

Otherwise, you can try the following

- Settings/Cloud "Force Sync Check".

- Or Settings/Debug "Reset Local".
