Imported tracks have no sound or waveforms

New user here. Mixo on Macos and ios. Just upgraded to Mixo Gold and imported a few tracks. The tracks seem to be visually playing but there is no sound or waveforms. On mobile I see the tracks but when I click on them it says: track cannot be streamed. I have set up my dropbox on both devices. The volume control at top right is all the way up. Please assist.

I've never seen this issue before! Please try quitting and restarting MIXO.


On mobile, do your tracks have black dots before them?


On desktop do your tracks have green dots?
