That's really strange. I have never seen this before! If the tracks are all highlighted in yellow/gold it means Serato can't find the file.

If possible, please send me your XML which you exported from Rekordbox, so I can check the filePaths.

In the meantime, perhaps reset MIXO (if it's not problem for you to do that). Then export a new Rekordbox XML and import it into MIXO.

Then try exporting a single playlist to Serato - make sure Serato is closed at the time. Then open Serato and see if the single playlist is working.

If not, please also send me a screenshot of Serato so I can see what's happening with the tracks.

Really sorry about this! It's not something we've ever heard of before.

Ok thanks we'll investigate now. I'll let you know as soon as we have an update on this.

In the meantime I've extended your trial for a month so give us time to investigate and, if necessary, release a fix.

Thanks for your feedback.

I found this information that might be useful:

If you right-click the locked files, perhaps you can fix the permission status?

Hi Dj Z,

Just following up on this.

Please let me know if and how you managed to resolve the issue with Serato showing locked tracks?

Thanks,

Remko
