app goes white

when im about 80-90% of analysing the tracks the app goes completly white and i have to close it and go back to the where it stared from

Could you send me a bit more info about what happened and answer the following?

- Confirm you meet our minimum requirements:

- Check you're running our latest MIXO version (v0.48):

https://www.mixo.dj/download

- Send operating system (PC, Mac or Linux) & device info for your phone

- What type of import did you do? Rekordbox, Traktor etc. and is that program up to date?

- How many tracks are you importing?


Once we have all this we can look to replicate the issues and get a report raised with our team.

Hey Jon, gets the same problem while importing Serato DJ Library.

What's the solution to fix this???

Hi Alex,


There have been several improvements since this original issue.


How many crates and tracks are you importing at once?


Perhaps try importing one playlist at a time and see how that goes. Then try increasing it until they're all imported.

I'm having the same problem as well . . . are you saying there's a new version I should try?

Installed latest version, same problem. And every time I restart, it tries to continue what it was doing before and hangs again :-(
