Hanging on Artwork upload

Cant finishing uploading any tracks to the cloud as it never finishes uploading artwork to the cloud.

spent to days of my trial trying to upload to the cloud and still not managed to do it.

What a waste of time

Hey djnovakone,

Sorry you've had this issue, we are working on some massive improvements to the Upload Artwork step which will be in the next release and should fix this issue.

How big is the library you are trying to upload? You can try clicking RELOAD in the top bar to kickstart upload again if it gets stuck.

Thanks for the feedback and notifying us about this, as we are in Beta we fully expect there to be bugs so we really appreciate you letting us know.

Library is around 19k

I can’t find a way around it. It’s been 3 days now and tried 3 different ways.

Looks like I won’t be using your product as the trial will be over if I ever get it uploaded

We've extended your trial until Sunday 23rd January. We're going to try very hard to get another release out soon with this fix.

Ok I’ll leave it till you have updated.

Is it best to wipe it and start a fresh?

No, you shouldn't need to. But after updating, if it isn't working, you can DEBUG > DELETE UPLOAD QUEUE and that should clear any old upload queues that may be stuck.

Ok I can try but how do I go about re uploading to the cloud

Last time I tried to import library again it just duplicated all my tracks and playlists

Just realized that should have been DEBUG > DELETE UPLOAD QUEUE to remove any stuck uploads! Sorry about that.

To re-upload you can select all tracks in All Tracks, right-click and select Upload Tracks.


We're currently testing the speed upgrade for artworks so will hopefully have a release very soon. We will extend your trial if it isn't released by then so you can try it out and see if it fixes the issue. Thanks for your patience!
