Hi Bruno,

Firstly, thanks for helping us test MIXO! We really appreciate the feedback.

Could you send me some of the following information, that will help us see if it's a specific issue or a more general one.

- Send screenshots of the issues you're seeing

- Operating System & device info

- Upload speed of your internet

- Confirm you meet our minimum requirements:

- Check you're running our latest MIXO version:

- Did you update to 0.25 in-app or did you download and install?

Once we have this we can look to replicate the issues and get a report raised with our team.

Thanks Bruno, I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Jon,

The operating system i use is Windows10 64-bits

The Device info :

Lenovo Legion Y740-15IRH

ProcessorIntel Core i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

RAM16,0 GB

The Upload from my internet connection is 5 Mbps

I use the 0.25.0 Version that i downloaded and installed as new so not a update.

I confirm that i have the minimum requirements.

As you can see on the screenshot, after a while he stops to upload the tracks and put them in failed. Sometimes when i click on re-upload the tracks continue the upload but only for a few tracks and then block again. The best way for me is to restart MIXO and then he upload +-20 track before blocking.

Thanks for the support!

Thanks for sending that through!

The only potential issue I can see is that your upload speed is fairly low - but if so, that would only slow down the upload, not stop it or fail.

I've created an idea for testing intermittent connectivity issues to see if it's an issue with low speeds or similar:

Do you have any particularly large files like .wav or lossless audio like .flac files? Or perhaps mp3s that are 50mb/100mb+?

All my files are aiff files more and less than 80mb.

if the upload speed may be the problem i may consider to upgrade the internet subscrition at the provider.

I've subscribed you to the idea above so you'll be notified when we have more information regarding upload speeds or connectivity issues.

I cannot say for certain right now that this is the cause in your case, and we have had some users on the same speeds who can upload fine - albeit slowly!

Can I ask if you have tried resetting as per the instructions here?

It's certainly worth following all of these instructions to give yourself the best chance of the newest version working as it should.

Let me know if you have any trouble with resetting or if you have any other feedback, questions or bugs!
