+1 ... ohhh yes, please!

I use an DIY OpenMediaVault NAS at home and switch between iMac and MacBook to synch my Tracks and Playlists from iMac to the DJ-Maschine MacBook.

An "Server" Software as a Docker Container to synch the Tracks between the Maschines would be nice! :)

I've been waiting for this type of capability in a track management problem. My Macbook and Windows workstations are all on a local network.

All systems are accessible over the network.

However, I have a Windows studio pc where I do all my track processing and I want to be able to open my Serato database over the network and sync it.

All the tracks live on the Macbook, nothing is moved from the Windows PC to the Macbook. I only access the download folder to tag, etc and then move them where they should be.

My crates mirror the folders on my drive because I've been using Alchimie Zinc since 2011 synchronize all my music with Serato DJ.

Hi guys,

It's worth noting that a new feature called "External Drive Sync" was recently added.

This feature allows you to use your own external drive, such as a USB stick or hard drive, to store your music, without the need to upload your tracks to your cloud storage.

This is a desktop-only feature, so mobile streaming/downloading won't be possible. You can still see/organise your playlists on mobile but the tracks won't be playable because they don't get uploaded.

Your cloud storage is still used for syncing artwork but this step is very fast.

You simply plug-in your hard drive, turn-on this feature (Settings/Advanced), connect your cloud storage and import. Then turn-on the feature on your second desktop device and plug-in your external drive.

Both devices will be synced and when you can then listen to and export your music from either device, whilst the external drive is plugged into it.
