Management of the real files

If MIXO will be the main library managment it should have the choice (like iTunes), to manage the files or not... It whould be perfect to make exactly same copies of inside library in the explorer.. When in the files that are in multiple playlists it can just make shortcuts in explorer, so we know exactly whats going on even from explorer! Also a "show file in explorer" would be nice :)

We do have a "show file in explorer" planned:

I'm not sure what you mean with the library management. Did you want MIXO to change the existing folder structure on the computer or to copy imported files to the MIXO folder?

Sorry didn't show that...

Well when you connect Dropbox it actually copy the file in the cloud folder. But as I saw it just throw the file in one big folder. Imagine to have 20000+ files in one folder... Not ideal. So if it could mirror the structure of the inside library of mixo it would be more organized at explorer too. That's also good, if we ever have a sync problem across the apps we play, then we have 2nd choose to play from the explorer (but only if it's the same). You see.. Win win ๐Ÿ˜œ.

Now for the users who don't use cloud system, also need to have choice to organize the imported files in MIXO folder (with the same structure again as in mixo), or if they have already organized their files in explorer, just unclick this option and nothing happens in the actual file.

Not sure if I explained right ๐Ÿ™„. Did you get what I mean? ๐Ÿ˜

MIXO replicates your local folder structure in your cloud account.

After you uploaded did you see a difference to what was in the cloud to your local files?

For reorganising the local folder structure, we'll let user feedback drive this as it's likely most will want to retain their folders as they are, not have MIXO dictate it.
