Large iTunes Library Upload/Sync

I haven’t been able to get your software to upload any of my iTunes library to my cloud.


It adds all of my songs to my “All Tracks”. But then after 1500/2000 it stops adding songs to the playlists. The Analysis and Upload cues never have anything in them.


The software constantly says “Syncing” up the top.

We are aware of some issues uploading large music libraries.

I can see on our end that you have synced 15,000 tracks, does your cloud storage reflect this?

Make sure to update to 0.9.0 which is the latest version of the app and then try again. I would advise however, to upload in smaller chunks for now, but we are working on this issue.

My itunes library is almost 1Tb and almost 53000 tracks. Cloud storage is 2TB.

When adding the xml file Mixo blocks and nothing happens. Can't do anything else except finish mixo and start over. I have tried it 4 times and everytime the same issue.

Xml file is on Samsung ssd T5 extern. Not on my mac because of the size.

5th time and now i see my playlists. Mixo is importing for this moment. keep you informed later

Good to hear you got it working.


How long was the app freezing for? With a library that size it will take some time to process the data.


Please also send us your system info so we can look into this further.
