Desktop MIXO - Logging In

When I try to login via the iOS app I get “User is already logged in”


When I try to login via my Mac I keep getting “Login Failed”


Any ideas??

Please make sure to update the app to the latest version:

If the issue of logging in persists, also try resetting your password

For the desktop, please logout then try the password via this support site:

https://go.mixo.dj/sso/login

If that works, please try again on the desktop as it's 1 password for both.

If it doesn't, reset your password via

https://go.mixo.dj/sso/request-reset-password/

I'm having the same issue.

I tried reseting my computer

I'm able to login via my iphone.

I'm able to login to the websites listed in the thread comments with no issues

Could you send us screenshots of what you're seeing on your Desktop?

Please also confirm your operating system and spec is compatible as per:

Hello,

I’ve seen someone has shown you the “already logged in” message.

I checked the task viewer and I couldn’t see MIXO.exe in the list of processes

I’m trying to sync to dropbox

Can you tell me does your software communicate with dropbox via the internet, or does it do it via the local dropbox folder?

As Dropbox has a Smart Sync function for which I use. (Screen Dump Below)

Do I need to have a copy of the dropbox sync folder on my computer?

Eg as I don’t use this computer for DJing.  Its my administration desktop computer

MIXO will communicate with Dropbox through the internet.


You don't need to keep a copy of the folder MIXO creates locally and should never need to edit the contents of that folder as it will be done through the app.
