Missing tracks and orphaned files after importing Engine library into Mixo

Hi everyone,
I’ve run into a big problem while importing my Engine library into Mixo.

My Engine library has around 100,000 tracks, organized in many playlists and sub-playlists.
After the import, a lot of tracks are missing from their playlists.

Example:

  • Main playlist: MUSICA DANCE → 200 tracks
  • Sub-playlist: TOP → 120 of those tracks
  • Sub-sub-playlist: SUPER → 73 of those tracks

After importing into Mixo:

  • MUSICA DANCE shows 196 tracks instead of 200
  • TOP shows only 4 tracks instead of 120
  • SUPER is fine with 73 tracks

So... where did the other tracks go?

When I run Orphaned Tracks Finder, Mixo finds about 1,000 orphaned tracks.
Each one shows the correct playlist path (like MUSICA DANCE/TOP), so it clearly recognizes the playlist reference — but it doesn’t automatically re-assign the track to that playlist.

Right now, the only way is to manually move each orphaned track back into the correct playlist, which is impossible with a large library.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Is there a fix or some way to make Mixo automatically rebuild or re-link those tracks to their original playlists?

Thanks in advance!

One thing you could try is select all playlists and folders and delete them in MIXO, then run the import again from Engine.

I would restart MIXO and quit everything else to give it as much memory possible since your library is so large.

That might fix the playlists and it won’t take too long since the tracks are already imported and probably already analysed..
