Analysing 0/1 forever

Hi,


Every time I open mixo lately I have Analysing 0/1 under import doesn't show what track this is I can cancel import but then once opening again it will return.

Happy to provide more info I just don't really know what to provide no log has been made I can see in log folder or anything I have checked and no missing tracks apart from the streaming links ones but they would be ignored anyway


Any help here would be great!

Oh that’s strange! Please try Cancel Import but then go to Settings/Account and logout, quit, then restart and login. No idea if that will help but worth a try!

I have followed this and no same problem about 30 seconds after opening mixo 0 of1 analysing etc as before so no idea what's causing this!

That is very odd indeed. If your library is not too large and if you imported from another app (eg so you can easily import again) the solution is to reset.


You can do that via Settings/Reset Local.


Then import your library again and all should be well.

Yeah, I was trying to avoid this as I have a very large library of 14666 tracks! Maybe I’ll have to try it or I’ll just cancel it each time

Another option is to try backup and restore in Settings/Backups.


So create a backup then reset local then restore from your backup.


It’s really weird since cancel import should fix this!

Thanks for this suggestion took bit of time for it to re-analyse the library but all back and the issue seems to have been resolved so Thanks!
