OneDrive Issue - Wrong Free Space size

Hi there,

I have a newly created OneDrive account with 1 TB of free space. However MIXO tells me I only have 4.40 GB free space available in my cloud storage. Why is that?

Good spot - there are 2 possible reasons:

1. You have an excessively large amount of data in your deleted items (unlikely given the fact you have 1TB).

2. You've hit a known bug in the OneDrive API - sometimes one of the values is negative, which causes discrepancies between API-reported values and those displayed in the Portal. That's on our friends at Microsoft!
