Playlist showing up in Serato, but the tracks are not found.

Hello,
I have imported my playlists from Virtual dj, and then exported it to Serato. The playlists are showing up in Serato but the problem is that the tracks in the playlist are missing or not found.
Looking for a solution or advice.

Here are some things to check:
1. If your tracks are on an external drive, is the drive connected?
2. Do the tracks work in MIXO?
3. If yes to both, make sure you exported to the drive where your tracks are located. Serato creates _Serato_/Subcrates folders on each drive. If it does not exist on your drive, simply add a track from that drive to Serato directly and it will create it.You can then quit and export to the Subcrates folder on that drive.
