Mixo Version 1.88.0

When starting Mixo on Mac, the screen turns white after a couple of seconds. No possibility to click on anything.

Please make sure all other apps are closed to give it the most memory possible. Then as soon as MIXO starts, click the import tab, or click the status in the top left that says “Artwork” then click cancel upload on the Progress page.


If you are able to do this, please let me know if the crashing stops.


If you are not able to do this, try disconnecting your internet/turn off WiFi before it starts. Then try to cancel the import.


Let me know if you’re able to cancel the import and if that prevents the white screen, then we can discuss the next steps!

Commenting to follow as I'm having the same issue. Following Remko's steps stopped it from happening but not sure if there is a trigger that will recreate it.

If you’ve managed to cancel the upload, the next steps are to make sure everything is authorised and try again.

Here’s how:

1. Disconnect cloud storage.

2. Logout of your cloud storage in your browser (this step is important).

3. Logout of MIXO.

4. Login to MIXO, connect your cloud storage and login via the browser as normal but with a fresh login.

5. Once connected, select your tracks, right-click and choose Upload Tracks.


This should complete the upload and sync everything.
