hello team

I recently downloaded MIXO and subscribed to the free version.

Is there a way i can change to the 7-day trial? When I switch to the Gold version I don't see the trial option but only where i need to complete payment details

The trial starts as soon as you start using MIXO. Just login to the desktop app and enjoy!

Thanks Remko,

So can i export all my files from MIXO to rekordbox at one go or im limited to one file at a time?

What are also the limitations on the mobile app on the trial version?

The only limitation during the trial period is that Export is limited to 1 playlist at a time.

Thanks for this, I have upgraded to Gold and installed the mobile app and also imported my Serato crates to Google Drive.

Is there a way I can play songs from my mobile and see waveforms ?

The process is like this:

1. You import from Serato. MIXO saves a brief summary of tracks, then goes through and analyses them for artwork, metadata, waveforms etc.
2. After analysis is complete, MIXO uploads your tracks one by one to your cloud storage. This is how we receive unique IDs for each track, which are used to link the track in your cloud storage to the track in the database.

3. Once upload is complete, MIXO will sync the local database to the cloud.

Once the above is complete, your mobile will sync and receive all the data.

You can then stream/download your tracks on your mobile!

Thanks for the replay

I was just verifying incase I missed a step or a switch to turn on cause as per the attached I don’t have wave forms which I can use to create cue points etc

You could try reanalysing that track on desktop (and any others without waveforms), then select the track(s), right-click and "Upload Tracks". That should resolve any issues.

Hi Remko

It seems this is working.

What happens when i save new music on my serato onto the existing crates/playlist. if i upload them to mixo, do the old/existing tracks get replaced or only the new tracks are added? or is there an automatic sync for new songs/tracks?

Excellent! When you make changes in Serato, simply Import in MIXO. Only new and changed tracks get analysed, so it should be super fast next import, if you've only made a couple of changes.

Hello,

I downloaded tracks to play in offline mode on my home WIFI. A day later, i tried to access the tracks and it appeared as if they needed to be downloaded again.

I have tried this a few times where i download an entire crate and a few hours later some tracks are not playing and need to be re downloaded

That's really strange! Do the files still show in the Files app for the downloaded playlist?

If you had 1567 downloaded files, which is a lot, it's possible that iOS removed them to save space but I'm not sure, I've not seen this issue before.

Maybe just download one or two playlists for now and keep an eye on it. Let me know if it happens again!
