Playlist Recovery / Sync Error

Hello,

I recently paused my MIXO GOLD membership, then restarted it. In the meantime, I had created several playlists with hundreds of songs. I paid for GOLD, turned sync back on, and those new playlists are gone from all of my devices. I see a support entry on "Playlist Recovery" but that doesn't show up in my settings. Is there anything I can do to get those playlists back? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there,

If you reconnect your cloud after performing a Reset Local, MIXO will reset your local library and sync from the cloud again.

This was to avoid situations where users could lose their synced data after login on another device.

We'll look into ways this logic can be improved for your case.

I'd recommend doing regular backups via Settings/Backups.
