Rekordbox xml/Rekordbox Direct Import Methods Giving Me Empty Playlists

When I try to import my playlists from Sertato to Rekordbox both methods result in the playlists showing up but all empty of any tracks. The tracks do however export to the library, just not in any playlists. Hoping for help with this.

Please check the import path is pointing to the drive where your tracks are stored.

If your tracks are on another drive, there will be another _Serato_/Subcrates folder on that drive, which you need to select instead.

I did do that I just double checked. I'm now realizing when I check the playlists on MIXO they too are empty. It will display the correct amount of tracks even for each playlist and even have tons of blank tracks to scroll through, but they do not have any of the actual tracks. I'm at a loss here I've done all kinds of troubleshooting. Will include screenshots below.

That’s really strange. You only have 25 tracks in All Tracks!

I think you should reset MIXO and try again.

Settings/Debug -> Reset Local.

Then login and try to import from Serato again. MIXO should import all the tracks with basic info, then go through and analyse each track during which it will import all the tag data.

Let me know how it goes. If you can provide screenshots of the import progress page when it starts analysis that might help.

Thanks!
