Hi. Please please please I need your help! I did so much work yesterday on algoriddim DJay for upcoming gigs and everything was fine. I was so excited about the ability to export now that I updated my library. I wanted to give it a small test run (4 songs in a crate), and it crashed my algoriddim app completely. I pray I didn't lose everything. I tried uniinstalling and reinstalling, but still nothing. That's my primary software for gigs and this is a huge problem for me if I lose it.

I’m very surprised it crashed with a 4-track playlist! But you can restore from your engine dj backup or using the MIXO backup.

Any chance you can explain how to open from teh backup? I have it, but I can't seem to get DJAy to open at all now.

You just need to replace the existing file. On the import or export pages you can find where it’s located. Then replace the file at that location with the backup you have.

OMG, this worked! Thank you so much! It may seem so simple to someone who knows this stuff, but for someone like me who was really struggling but can follow instructions it was a game changer. I'm so appreciative of your help!
