Memory Cue from Serato to Rekordbox
Answered
Hello!
I've just moved my library from Serato to RekordBox and I have a question.
In Serato I have the memory cues and beatgrids aligned my way.
When I imported the library into MIXO, it removed the memory cue and the track starts in a place I didn't set. Then I exported it to Rekordbox and realized it hadn't imported the memory cue I'd asked for.
Is there any way to export the memory cue as well?
Hi there,
Did MIXO analyse all of your tracks? The cue points and beatgrids should be saved to the track tags by Serato so MIXO must analyse the tracks first.
If you cancelled the analysis, you can always Re-Analyse later - just right-click on any number of selected tracks and choose:

Yes, when I import the tracks, it analyzes them automatically.
If I re-analyze, will it retrieve those tracks from the serato again? How will MIXO know the memory cue when it re-analyzes?

Yes, during analysis MIXO reads the tracks tags and extracts the Serato cues points.
However, there are sometimes issues caused by additional cues in other tags.
You could try analysing one/some of these settings on in Settings/Advanced:
