song analysis problem?

hey,
some time ago I managed to put in my playslists with your help. but now it seems that I have some other problems :
1. I cannot use my headphones with my songs using my laptop ( with the music on a stick , where songs were analyzed by someone else.... some years ago, my headphones do work) Did something go wrong while analysing?
2. second problem I have is that not all het pad modes seem to work.....( same story with the stick....with these songs on the stick they do work....)
Or could it be possible I have only limited functions since I use the free version of rekordbox?

1. Can you explain a little more - for example, do the songs work in MIXO without headphones? If yes it's just a setting on your computer, nothing to do with MIXO.
2. Again not quite sure what you mean, please explain a little more if possible.
I don't think Rekordbox free version makes any difference.
A few things to check:
- Do your tracks work in MIXO and Rekordbox?
- If some tracks don't work, have you moved the tracks, or changed a file/folder name for the tracks?
