Hey, I couldnt get the program to export to rekordbox successfully. just want to make sure I won't be charged for the month as i was still in the week trial period. thanks,

The trial starts the moment you sync or export and last 7 days. Export is limited to 1 playlist at a time during trial.
You have the option of using it during that time, or upgrading to unlock full export.
It looks like you've already upgraded and paid for the month so let me try to help you with your export.
Firstly, what is the issue you encountered?
Secondly, did you also try the official XML export?
