All mobile tops out at 3000

Do you mean some tracks are missing?


Please try Settings/Cloud -> Force Sync Check.

Just tried that Mixo crashed on my ipad

Oh that's strange, given the size of your library there should be no issues.

You could try swiping out of all apps, restart your iPad, then try in MIXO Settings/Debug -> "Reset Local", then login and sync from fresh again.

Just checked it is doing the same thing on my Macbook pro

Crashing? Or limiting the number of playlist tracks?

You could also try this on your primary device (the one where you imported everything) - Settings/Debug -> "Resync Library".

This basically deletes all your synced data and resyncs it again from your local library.

Once that's done, try forcing sync on your other devices.

The macbook pro is not crashing but is limited to 3000, Tried the above still only showing 3000

What's the name of the playlist(s) that is only showing 3000 tracks?

They both have exactly 3,000 tracks synced each so something is not working.

I'm quite surprised that "Resync Library" did not solve the issue!

Please go back to your primary device and confirm that the playlist are showing >3000 tracks.

One thing you could try is deleting those 2 playlists, then re-import them again from your DJ software.

If you built your library in MIXO, then try exporting those 2 playlists (by only selecting them on the export page) to rekordbox.xml, then import that XML and it will rebuild the playlist tracks and sync the changes.

Let me know if that solves the issue.

Yes this issue is now fixed, thank you, unfortunately during the Album art download the app just closes on both my ipad and iphone

Oh wow I've not seen that before! Do you know how large your zip file is, and roughly how many of your tracks have artwork? You can find it in your cloud storage in MIXO/Artwork/xxx.zip

Ok the next release will now include new logic that should prevent this - 'Upload Artwork' zip files are now split into smaller files of 2000 artworks to prevent crashing with large libraries. I'll let you know when it's live!
