Synced tracks in a playlist topping out at 3000

Hello!
I've noticed a smart playlist of 4000+ tracks that I create on my computer only shows 3000 tracks when synced to my phone. I've also noticed a regular playlist of 4000+ songs that I created on my phone only shows 3000 tracks on my computer.
Is this a bug?

Hi there,
Please try Settings/Cloud Force Sync Check.
Alternatively try Settings/Debug "Reset Local" on your phone. After login it will resync everything from the cloud data.
If it's still missing the final thing to try is on your main computer go to Settings/Debug "Resync Library".
