Can't import from serato

I can't import from serato after updating to 1.77.0. I get an error saying to "Please quit SERATO first!". Serato isn't even open. I wouldn't be upset about it if I could just download and install an older, working version, but for some reason none of the previous versions are available for download.
For a subscription service I expect to be able to rollback to previous versions especially for scenarios like this. Please consider making this change to your operations going forward.

The beta works. I wasn't able to get this in the time I needed it, though. Please consider making some of the older versions available as new releases are made. I burned through quite a bit of time just making sure I wasn't doing something wrong. This isn't the experience I would expect from a monthly subscription. TBH, I found a work around and I'm considering cancelling my subscription now.
