I have just emailed you about this privately.

Your MIXO:GOLD account was downgraded on 2nd October due to a failed payment, to which you should have received an email informing you of this. The reason was unknown.

You just need to upgrade again to reactivate your MIXO:GOLD account.

Please logout, quit and restart MIXO on your other laptop, then login. It's probably lost connection to MIXO.
