Smart playlist option: NOT in other playlist X

It would be great to have an option when creating a smart playlist to exclude all tracks that exist in another specified playlist.
Example:
I have 2 playlists: house music 2024, house music 2023
I would like to create a playlist: house music (other)
It would contain all house music except tracks that are already in the other playlists

Great idea! We'll certainly look into adding additional filters.
In the meantime, you should be able to achieve what you want by using Year or DateAdded and the "less than" operator.
For example - one of these:
