XML export to recordbox - load error - file not found

Just signed up for gold - I moved tracks from Traktor to Mixo with no issues. Exported to Recordbox, browsed to xml, loaded from side pane but only the titles. When I attempt to play rekordbox notes load error file cannot be found. Shows playlist with song titles under xml but cannot play.

Common causes of this issue are:
- The files no longer exist.
- The files are stored on another drive which is not connected.
- The files are M4P and are protected.
- The files are in a protected folder and can't be read.
You can also verify if they work by attempting play them in MIXO.

Thank you for the response. A bit more information - I uploaded (imported) these from one computer (Traktor) to Mixo. Validated files would play in mixo and then uploaded to Google Drive. I then logged into mixo on my new computer, validated songs would play in mixo and then went through the export process that you recommend. Export - Recordbox - it created the XML file - I browsed to it in Recordbox and it loaded the titles but not the files. The files do exist and will play in mixo, are uploaded to google drive which is connected to mixo, they are not M4P nor protected, and they are not in a protected folder. Any thoughts?
