iOS app crashes when I try to play a downloaded track.

I have downloaded a playlist of four tracks. The downloaded tracks are playable from the iOS files app. When I tap the tracks in the MIXO app the app crashes.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that.

Please try the following:

1. Play a track from another playlist to clear the cached queue, then return to the downloaded playlist and try again.
2. If that doesn't work, turn the downloaded toggle off, wait for the tracks to clear, then turn on again.

One of these should work!

Sorry to report that neither of those things worked.

Ok please try logout and login again.

Disconnect and reconnect cloud.

Repeat the download step.

Out of curiosity, which cloud storage are you using?

I’ve tried those things as well and I’ve reinstalled the app. I’m using google drive. The song has already been downloaded btw. I am able to play the song from the location the app stores the file in. When I try to play the track in the MIXO app then the app crashes.

Do they stream before downloading? Eg green dot.

No they don’t do that either.

Ok do they have black dots?


Go back to your desktop app, select all the tracks in your playlist and right-click and select Upload Tracks.


I suspect they weren't uploaded correctly.
