Correct process to sync Serato across Windows & MacOS

Hi all

Just looking for some clarification on the most efficient way to sync my music folders & Serato crates using Mixo across Windows & Macbook computers. My process is as follows-

-Download music, move to master music folder on Windows 11 Laptop

-open Serato DJ Pro, analyze tracks, set cue points etc & copy to/create crates inside Serato

-open Mixo, import updated Serato crates, let Mixo update playlists & download any new tracks, sync library on Windows laptop

-open Mixo on Macbook, sync library/playlists/download new tracks to Macbook master music folder.

-open Serato on Macbook to Dj with.

At the moment, im having to manually drag the new tracks what Mixo has downloaded, into Serato's 'all' folder & also into whatever crates ive added them to on Windows.

Is it possible to automate this last step? i've turned on 'auto export to Serato' inside Mixo settings but it doesn't seem to update the Serato library or crates on my Macbook. I know its possible to do all the prep work inside Mixo but i'd rather not, i've used Serato for years & i'm happy with my current workflow.

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi there,

You could export to Serato on your mac and that will export your crates with all the new tracks you previously imported on your Windows device.

Just download the playlist first (unless you're using Download All in Settings/Cloud).
