Missing Metadata

After importing 3 playlists from Recordbox into Traktor,

the Artwork
the Import Date
the Release Date
Comment 2
First Colum is now "!" (Whatever that means.)

have been overwritten by MIXO. The original data is not available anymore in Traktor for those music files (AIFF).
Please help me to get it back.
(not the best "advertising" for an upgrade)

Hi Thor,

We'll look into the missing data immediately. If that data is imported into MIXO it should be exported to Traktor. Please check if it's showing in MIXO. If not, let me know.

As for the artwork, if you search this on Traktor's forum or Google you'll see that it's a really useless part of Traktor where it's not possible to reload artwork from the tags. The only solution is to reimport those tracks directly. It's incredibly poor in that respect, I wish they had a better solution.

That’s what Mixo offers:
Does „Uploaded“ mean „Import Date“?
„Year“ is Release Date? Does it only show the year? Not day or month?
There is no „comment 2“ field in the options.
(See attachements)

All data has been in Traktor before. I only wanted to have the playlists. No changes to the metadata (which is already stored in the files). So I am surprised that they got deleted from Mixo.)

I use Record Buddy for importing my Traktor PLs into Recordbox. That works perfectly, including artwork, etc.
But Record Buddy does not import Recordbox PLs in Traktor.

Rekordbox has "Import date" which is different to the import date in MIXO (if you right-click the track list header you can add this column) but year is YYYY and release date should be the same as inported by Rekordbox.

You can clarify this by checking the data in MIXO which would have come from Rekordbox.

Again, I'll need to investigate which fields are mapped when exporting to Traktor.

Your latest reply is not showing up here; I am sure you have it in the system.
I have noted the different import dates. As you can see in the last screenshots, I have added all the columns that make sense for me, and that's why I asked you if what you call "uploaded" means import date.
I have not made any changes in the settings. That means I have used the default selection.

The Uploaded column in MIXO is YES or empty, if you've connected your cloud storage and uploaded your tracks.

Just an update on this:

- The ! column in Traktor is the "Icon" column". Traktor displays various icons here. The ! usually means the track is missing.

- We've fixed an issue with Import Date not importing from Rekordbox XML and also not exporting correctly to Traktor.

- We've fixed an issue with Release Date not exporting to Traktor.

- Comment 2 is a column unique to Traktor so this is currently not supported.

The fixes for the above will be in the next release. Thanks for your help finding these, much appreciated!
