Ok thanks, we'll take a look!

In the meantime, please try quitting MIXO then try importing again, to see if it was a random error.

Let me know if it works!

Tried multiple times, but it seems that with my collection it doesn't work. The collection is huge, maybe this is the problem, but I want to make sure that this issue is not due to some error. Will be waiting for your reply, thanks

Ok we'll look into it.

I did notice you have huge blocks of lyrics in your NML.

I reckon they're probably the issue because there are no errors, parsing just keeps slowing down and may end up crashing if it runs out of memory.

If there was some way to exclude lyrics in the NML you could try again.

I'll run some more tests to ascertain if that's the case!

Would be grateful if you could advise how exactly I can exclude it, because for sure it's not needed, thank you in advance. Really want to try our your product, looks promising btw ;)

Please find attached a new version of your collection without the lyrics.

This one should work!

Here's what I did:

1. Select all tracks in Traktor (cmd+A).

2. Right-click and select "Edit".

3. Click the box next to "Lyrics" and add a space, then click OK.

4. Then export your collection again and import that into MIXO.

Now it works!

Hey! It really works, took some time(~30min) to parse my whole collection, will try transfer to rekordbox. Thanks for your time and help, Remko

Fantastic! Strange that it took so long though, because for me it took only a few seconds.

It's possible that if the previous file was still selected it completed the parse for that file first, which succeeded after 30 mins.

Anyway, glad you got it working. Enjoy!
