Hi there,

If this happens, the first thing to try is logout and login again. This usually fixes any issues with the sync connection.

If that doesn't work, try Reset Local which will clear the local database and logout. After you login again it will sync with the cloud.

Finally, if your library is very large (over 75k tracks) mobile phones struggle to process that much data and can crash during sync.

Let me know if any of these solutions work or help.

I've tried all the above, several times before posting, and then again after your suggestion... Thank you. Unfortunately I'm at a loss at the moment. I believe it may be the size of my library causing the issue. This is my last ditch effort to resolve it so I can utilize Mixo effectively. Do you have anymore suggestions or advanced work around? (My phone has been trying to sync with the cloud for nearly 3 hours now)

Sorry to hear that. Syncing should take seconds or at the most a couple of minutes.

How many tracks and playlists do you have?

Crates maybe 50+. Music easily 1.25tb. I have a 15-20year library.

It's more about the number of tracks. We've noticed that mobile devices struggle with processing more than around 75k. After that they quit the process that runs sync to reserve memory for other aspects of the device.

Is that a hard limitation or is there some work around?

Managing data in excess of 75k tracks on mobile devices is too much for phones to handle and we don't have much control over that.

The only workaround is to reduce your MIXO library size if you want to manage it on your mobile.

Many of our users focus on using MIXO for managing their most recent music or most commonly used playlists.

That's the best advice at this stage!
