Stuck on download queued..

Unfortunately every time I go to download my files to my phone to use with Djay it never changes from download queued. I have closed out and signed out and nothing seems to get them to start downloading can you help please.

Hi there,

Firstly, please make sure you have updated to the latest version v1.38.

V1.38 has some downloading improvements, including:

- Failed downloads no longer cause a download loop.
- Failed downloads no longer show pink dot.
- Added an option to download missing tracks in a downloaded playlist (tap the 3 dots next to any track).

If you're all up to date, try turning the download toggle off and back on.

You can also see if any other playlists are downloading in Settings/Downloads.

Yes I’m running the latest software. Where is the download toggle located I haven’t tried that yet thanks.

Oh sorry, it's the pink circle with the down arrow in your screenshot. It used to be a toggle (and it's a toggle on desktop)! Sorry about the confusion.
