Hello,

After startup of MIXO, after about 1 min and 27 seconds, the screen goes white, see screenshot. I can see it is syncing in the background.

If you need more information, let me know.

Hi Remko,

Just want you to know, i've updated to 1.37 yesterday and the problem is resolved. Cloud sync is done now and it rocks ๐ŸŽ‰

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that! What was MIXO doing prior to this? Did you do a large import?

If it continues, I recommend the following:

1. Quit MIXO and delete the MIXO folder in ~/Users/[your user]/Library/Application Support/ /
2. Uninstall MIXO and re-download from the website.
3. Install and login.

This will resolve any strange issues, although you will have to start over with a fresh library.

If you are able to export before it crashes, I would export DJXML or Rekordbox XML so you have a backup.

Let me know how you get on!

Remko

Hi Remko,

I enabled the cloud sync to MS OneDrive, uploads went okay, about 28000 songs. I have the feeling it has something to do with the syncing (sync databases).

Start with a fresh library is just what i'm doing. I recently purchased MIXO so i can build up a good library,

Hi Remko,

I disabled the cloud drive and de MIXO app keeps working. So i think the sync databases option has something to do with the white screen issue.

Ok, perhaps after reinstalling MIXO and reconnecting it might work.

Let me know if you get it working again!

Hello Remko,

Thanks for the tip. I removed MIXO, installed it again and enabled the cloud drive again. Unfortunately the white screen comes back.

I've not seen this before. Something must be corrupt.

It's possible the only solution is to Reset MIXO (Settings/Debug).

Before you do this, export DJXML first so you have a backup.

Please also email me the xml so I can rule out whether it's related to your library (and prevent it from happening).

Thanks!

Remko

Oh wow that is very good news indeed! I'm not sure what happened or how updating fixed it, but I'm happy it's rocking ๐ŸคŸ
