Hi there,

Please check Settings/Advanced and make sure Memory Cues in Player is turned off.

In the next release (v1.34) we've improved the text for this feature and allow adding of memory cues in the player.

Let me know if this resolves your issue.

Yes it is aktive.

Ok, do I understand correctly that it is currently not possible to set cue and loops in the iOS app?

Turn it off and check the Player. Your issue will be resolved.

The toggle switches from cues to memory cues.

In the next release, this toggle will say "Show ONLY memory cues in player" to make it easier to understand.

Also in the next release, when this setting is turned on it will be possible to add memory cues in the player.

For now, please turn it off to fix your problem.

It should be next week. In the meantime, can you now see normal cues in the player (when this setting is turned off)?

Excellent news! At the moment it's not possible to set loops but it's on our list to add this feature.

I have another question. I just exported from mixo for denon engine to a usb stick. Unfortunately my player reports that there are no tracks. the engine library data is available on the stick.

At the moment we only export Rekordbox XML to Engine DJ, although Engine DJ does not seems to work very well with Rekorbox XML.

For this reason we are currently working on a solution to save directly to Engine DJ database, and we hope to also provide an option to export directly to USB for Denon hardware.
