Files will not upload to dropbox
Answered
Every file I try fails to upload to dropbox, I have tried
Logout, then login again.
- Reconnect your cloud storage.
- Connect to a different network (can fix temporary blocking issues from cloud storage).
- Check your router/firewall isn't blocking traffic.
- Check your filePaths are correct and the tracks exist (eg they should play in MIXO).
- 'Cancel Upload' wait for sync to complete, then try uploading all of the tracks in a single playlist to see if it works:
I have even gone as far as completely removing Mixo, signing up with a different Email and setting up a brand new dropbox, still nothing
Hi there,
That's really strange, there are have not been any changes in this logic for some time and everything is working fine for new and existing Dropbox connections as far as I can see.
If possible, please export your library to Rekordbox XML and send the file to me so I can investigate if there's something related to your tracks/filePaths.
You can send it to team@mixo.dj.
Thanks in advance!

Ok that's good to know. I wonder if your Dropbox for some reason does not allow you to upload? Perhaps a security setting or something?
I also know that Dropbox can't handle emojis or certain special characters. It could be that.
