No it does not help, even a restart does not work, only the mixo folder ist in google drive to see but empty, no sync in mixo is running

Weird. Try this:
1. Disconnect your cloud storage (Settings/Cloud).
2. Logout and login again (Settings/Account).
3. Reconnect your cloud storage.
4. Check there are no import/upload/sync operations running (Import/Progress).
5. Select all the tracks without green dots (green dot = uploaded).
6. Right-click and select "Upload Tracks".
Try this initially on a playlist rather than All Tracks.
MIXO should then add all the tracks to the upload queue and show you the progress.
Let me know what happens on the progress page after doing this.
