MIXO not syncing to second computer

Hi i subscribed to MIXO:GOLD but the cloud sync is not working here. I uploaded my playlists and tracks to the cloud (google drive) from my desktop late last night. Now in the morning i installed MIXO on my laptop, i toggled the "Download All Music (New Computer)" on said laptop but i don't see anything happening. I'm attaching a screenshot of the settings > progress > overview window.

In this section when i click Download it says (up to date) but i have no tracks/playlists showing on my laptop. On my phone i can see the playlists/tracks correctly. So i'm wondering what's going on? Already tried a "Reset Local" but made no difference here.

Hi there,

The good news is your phone is showing the correct data, so we know your desktop synced successfully.


Please check your internet is working correctly on your laptop, then try going to Debug -> App Data "Open App Data" folder.

Quit MIXO and delete the MIXO app data folder, then re-run and login.

This should work! But please let me know either way.
